Who we are ...

We are a biblically based, non-denominational local assembly of believers in Jesus Christ.
 

How we worship together...

We worship God through a variety of ways.  The public reading of God's Word, prayer, sharing in the Lord's table, music ministry, choirs and the singing of praises to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Our worship service is an ordered yet free flowing gathering, blending  traditional and contemporary music.
 

How we lead ...

The Bible teaches us that the local church is to be under the shepherding and direction of a plurality of elders.  LSCC is led by a body of elders consisting of the pastor-teacher and at least four other men.  These men must all be Biblically qualified, called and affirmed by the church membership to serve as a shepherd of the church.

 
How we reach out ...

We financially support several missionaries around the world.  Locally we look for opportunities to reach out to the community and share the Gospel.  Individual members are encouraged to reach out to others in their own communities.
 

How we give ...

The giving of anything to God whether money, time, or other resources should be centered on our heart attitude and our openness to the leading of the Holy Spirit.  II Corinthians 9:7 states:  "Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver."
