Pastor Walker is a native of Newark DE. After graduating high school, Patrick entered the military on September 18th 2001 and served four years with the 3rd Ranger Battalion out of Ft. Benning, Georgia as an infantry sergeant. During that time, Patrick grew in his faith and felt the call of God on his life to pursue full time ministerial service.

In 2005, Patrick left the Army to attend the University of Delaware – where he co-led a college ministry on campus. It was here that he first met his future wife, Kristyn Ann Farrell and the two grew together while serving God on campus. In 2006, Patrick transferred to Liberty University as a Biblical Studies major and wrestled for Liberty’s D-I program at HWT.

After completing his undergraduate degree, Patrick continued his studies at Liberty Theological Seminary before graduating with a M.Div. in 2011 and was ordained in the spring of that year. During his six years at Liberty, Patrick was heavily involved with several campus ministries and three church plants before moving his family to St. Johnsbury, Vermont to serve under the leadership of Paul Powers at Union Baptist Church.

In Oct 2014, Patrick accepted a call to pastor Colonial Beach Baptist Church (CBBC) here in Colonial Beach, VA. After serving faithfully there for several years, in August 2017, he and a membership team from CBBC launched LivingStone Community Church.

Since planting LivingStone, Patrick completed his Doctor of Ministry degree in Evangelism at Liberty University in 2021 and was commissioned as an Army Reserve Chaplain with the 450th Civil Affairs Battalion in White Plains, MD the same year.

Patrick and Kristyn have been happily married since 2007 and together have eight children: Abishai, Atarah, Tirzah, Benaiah, Raynah, Ar'yel, Caleb and David. Kristyn is an Air Force veteran and currently works part-time as a nurse when not juggling the dozens of responsibilities she has around the home and at LivingStone.
